Job Purpose Statement

To lead the technical and tactical preparation of the Men’s U17 National Team, overseeing player selection, training, and match performance. The role ensures holistic player development while instilling discipline, professionalism, and adherence to the Federation’s philosophy and FIFA/CAF youth development frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience


CAF A License (mandatory).
Proven experience coaching youth national teams, academies, or elite clubs.
Strong knowledge of youth player development.
Minimum 7 years’ coaching experience, with at least 3 in youth football.
