JOB SUMMARY 


The Digital Marketing & Communications Officer will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage online presence, and drive brand awareness through content creation, paid media, social media management, public relations, and branding efforts. The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a strategic approach to communication and digital engagement. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DIGITAL MARKETING


Develop engaging content for digital platforms in websites, blogs, emails, and use of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn with clear strategies of growing audience for brand marketing and visibility.
Create quality visually compelling graphics, images, and videos for online campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. 
Archive and maintain a database of photographic images, videos, and design assets and be abreast with the new design trends for continuous improvement. 
Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions improve website ranking and organic reach. 
 Track executed online campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements for better ROI. 


COMMUNICATION & BRANDING 


Shareholders register management including shares transfers, updating bank details, dividends payments communication, issue of shares certificates etc. To assist clients to purchase company shares and products. 
Develop and maintain relationships with shareholders, customers, media houses, journalists, and key stakeholders.
Draft press releases, media pitches, newsletters and corporate announcements for print and distribution. 
Coordinate corporate events, webinars, and digital activations.  


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 


Degree/ diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 
Diploma/ degree in IT is an added advantage.
3 years proven experience in digital marketing, communications, and content creation. 
Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign Canva). 
Experience in media buying, SEO, SEM, social media analytics, and Google Ads. 
Proficiency in video and photo editing tools and digital media formats. 
Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr). 
Knowledge of email marketing, WordPress, and web design best practices. 
Ability to track and interpret social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
