Develop and oversee the implementation of the Re-Fin program ME& L strategy in Uganda, across multiple donor projects.
Analyze data collected by Opportunity Community Support Agents (CSAs) and conduct baseline and annual surveys for new cohorts of CSAs.
Execute the ME&L work plan promptly, refining tool protocols and reporting against progress on activities and timelines.
Analyze data output from CSAs, external evaluators and project partners, and generate key insights for program reporting, operations and implementation of adaptive management strategies.
Liaise with Re-Fin external learning partners contracted for specific third-party studies.
