most people think that passing job interviews is all about answering questions in the interrogation room correctly, perhaps! it's beyond that. it's unbelievable that they consider all your abilities and apply knowledge your having, how do you talk to strangers, your behavior towards the people whom you lead.
This is normally exercised through using the gate keepers to know how you treat them and some leaves lights on along the way you gonna pass to see whether you can put them out
Just know they can think of anything else which requires you to use common sense.
