Salary: 250,000 – 300,000
Responsibilities

Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance, coaching, discipline, reward, and development of the Medical Sales Representatives in your territory.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Assists Medical Sales Representatives in preparation of sales/clinical presentations.
Keeping up to date with Company products and competitors
Dealing with some major customer accounts.
Facilitating businesses within the pharmaceutical Industry in Nigeria   
Participation in advocacy, public corporate responsibility programs and maintaining a cordial relationship with stakeholders in our business.
Promoting Institutional sales and undertaking marketing tours.
Provides timely feedback to direct line manager regarding performance.
Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by Medical Sales Representatives. 
Allocating territories to Medical Sales Representatives.

Requirements

B.Sc. Pharm
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in sales in the role of a manager in the south western territory
Candidate must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate
Firm grasp of pharmaceutical wholesales across all sales & distribution channels (Open Market wholesalers, Retail, Patent medicine vendors, private & government institutions)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
