Job Purpose:


The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver a value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for the tactical aspect of all HR functions across the business and provide all line managers and Principals with effective HR solutions which will assist them in driving and achieving their departmental goals.

Education & Experience


Bachelor's degree in human resource management or in a similar field of specialization
Member of IHRM
Minimum of 4-6 years in human resource position

HR Project management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Sound knowledge of Labour, Constitution and Employment Laws
Customer centric
Ability to take initiative when improvement is required
Ability to consult and advise senior members of the management team
A strong work ethic, honesty and integrity are vital
Ability to maintain confidentiality, to act with discretion and diplomacy
