Responsibilities:


Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your assigned NCUK subject(s) to students preparing for university.
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the NCUK curriculum standards.
Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Provide academic guidance and pastoral support to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.
Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and college events as required.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.


Requirements:


A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject. A master’s degree or higher is an added advantage.
Must have a teaching qualification or relevant professional certification.
A minimum of two (2) years of proven teaching experience at A-Level colleges, Sixth Form schools, or similar pre-university foundation programmes. Experience with the NCUK curriculum is highly desirable.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Competence in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
