JOB OBJECTIVE:

Provide technical support to our organization's staff and clients
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.

JOB ROLE

Provide 1st line support for local and remote end-users, resolving IT related technical issues and providing support for users.
Able to talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Skilled in maintenance and repairs of PCs and perform periodic (and preventive) maintenance on them.
Support branches during downtimes, and promptly escalating the problem while initiating procedures to ensure business continuity.
Ensure that incidents are logged and tracked using formal documentation
Able to handle installation and configuration of computer hardware and operating systems, and applications
Manage all aspects of IT security and ensure compliance with Data Protection Regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ICT support
Good knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, and networks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good project management skills
