The School Counselor will provide comprehensive counseling services to learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development within an international school setting. This role involves working collaboratively with learners, parents, and staff to support the well-being and personal growth of learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, between the ages of 3 – 18 years.



Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Valid Certification or licensure in counseling
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a school counselor or in a similar role, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
Experience working with neurodiverse populations.
Knowledge of child development, counseling techniques, and academic guidance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with learners, parents, and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
