We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes, and providing financial analysis to support hospital operations.

Requirements
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 – 4 years in healthcare financial management

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
• Develop and maintain budgets for various departments
• Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
