Job Description

Responsible for implementing last mile equipment installation
Act as links verifier for all installed links by links installer.
Assist in the resolution of faults escalated from service management
Ensure accurate site surveys are conducted before any installation.
Eliminate repeat calls on all worked-on installations.
Ensure client's fault calls are attended to within the SLA time frame.
Ensures the functionality of all installed links at the client’s site before hand-over.
Responsible for Generator, Inverter/rectifier setup.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
