Job Description: 


Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and talent development
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. 
Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and compliant with labour laws and internal standards 
Oversee daily administrative operations, and support internal communications and help foster a positive and productive office culture 


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in an HR role (startup or tech experience a plus)
Strong background in HR and affiliation or membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and other relevant bodies is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Candidates must be between the ages of 30 and 35
