We are looking for a Lead Legal Counsel for Compliance Controls.   
What the job involves:
- provide compliance services to the Group companies in Ukraine and abroad (sanctions control, conflict of interest, corruption risks, compliance training, communication campaigns, insider trading, corporate investigations, reporting, and more);
- prepare draft responses, consultations, reports, training materials, and presentations;
- collect, analyse and adapt information to meet business needs;
- research legislation and practice, prepare analytical materials.

Our expectations: 
- minimum of 3 years’ experience as a lawyer or lead lawyer (required); 
- compliance experience is desirable; 
- in-depth knowledge of legislation concerning international economic sanctions, Ukraine's sanctions policy, corruption and fraud matters, insider trading, and ESG requirements;
- understanding of contract, labour, and international law, alongside a broad professional outlook.
