We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager (Operations) to oversee the operations of our roofing sheet manufacturing facility. This position demands a strategic leader with extensive expertise in steel manufacturing, particularly in cold rolling processes, galvanizing, and coating lines. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of plant operations, quality control, project execution, and team leadership.

Operational Management: Lead and manage daily operations across the manufacturing plant, including Cold Rolling Projects, Erection and Commissioning, Production, Raw Material Management, Inventory Control, Packaging, Design Development and overall factory administration.
Production Management: Oversee the successful operation of a CRM, Galvalume, CCL, Tube Mill.
Project Execution & System Validation: Manage and implement project aspects, ensuring successful validation systems to deliver high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
Quality & Compliance Leadership: Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure production and material compliance with quality standards.
Team Development & Training: Lead the team in implementing Lean Manufacturing practices (5S, WCM) and quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001, TS Certification). Ensure continuous training and development of engineers and workers for smooth operations.
Inventory and Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor relationships, raw material procurement, and inventory control to ensure timely supply and cost efficiency.
Cost Control, Report Generation & MIS: Prepare reports on indents, stock availability, and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. Meet production targets within time and cost parameters.
