*Transfer raw /paper data to electronic form
for easy access
*Execute queries to arrive at accurate results
*Backup the data base and restore same
when need arise
*Send reports to the authorities on demand (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly etc)
*Secure, clean and manage the database to
meet the project standard
*Support in maintenance of the computer
system and the database on demand
*Take other responsibilities as demanded by
the authorities
