Key Responsibilities


Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, syllabi, and educational content aligned with curriculum standards.
Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to tailor instruction and evaluation methods.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Foster classroom interaction through stimulating discussions and frequent questioning.
Monitor student progress and communicate concerns to department heads and parents.
Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Offer additional support to struggling students and challenge advanced learners with enriched tasks.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Perform any other duties as assigned by school management.


   Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
21st-century teaching skills
TRCN certification is an added advantage.
