Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans and test cases for our messaging, disputes and scanning platforms.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage and deployment validation.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionality.
Document detailed test reports.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and usability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in UAT processes.
Continuously improve UAT methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:


2 - 3 yrs Proven experience in UAT process.
BCom Information Systems/relevant qualification
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in test management tools and software. Experience in JIRA is desirable
