Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports the organization’s digital marketing, branding, and communication goals
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure IT initiatives enhance digital marketing efforts, such as website optimization, SEO, and content distribution
Ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms with business intelligence tools and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making
Stay updated on trends and innovations in marketing technologies to continuously improve the company’s digital marketing capabilities
Manage the organization’s website infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and user experience
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all dealings, both personal and professional
A proactive attitude and ability to find solutions to problems as they arise
Oversee the integration of analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
Ensure the company’s digital platforms support consistent branding across websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
Ability to align IT strategies with the broader goals of digital marketing, branding, and content creation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools to drive insights from marketing data
