Duties and Responsibilities

Undertaking day-to-day operational responsibility in his or her area of jurisdiction;
Supervise and manage enforcement staff at the ward level
Responsible for developing security and enforcement programs within his or her area of assignment;
Identifying areas that require enforcement activities within his area of jurisdiction;
Liaise with other County Government Departments to ensure provision of security assistance and support to enable them realize their set goals
Setting goals, providing guidance and constructive performance assessment.
Identify county assets and property in area of jurisdiction to ensure that adequate security is provided.
Ensuring compliance to values and principles of the Public Service in area of jurisdiction;
Preparing and forwarding reports on all enforcement matters at the Sub County;
Any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor:

Minimum Qualifications:

Holder of at least a Diploma in Security Management, Criminology and Fraud Management, Criminology and Security Studies or it's equivalent and any relevant experience and qualification.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in oral English and Kiswahili languages
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
