Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for Next Radio, Pulse Radio, and NBS Plus, aligning with overall business objectives.
Revenue Growth: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about radio and youth industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration and Proposal Development: Work with internal teams to develop customized radio advertising proposals, ensuring successful campaign execution.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
