Job Summary

The Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and reporting project progress to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
Monitor worker performance and enforce discipline, safety, and productivity standards.
Liaise with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update the Project Manager on progress.
Identify and resolve any issues or delays affecting the project.
Enforce compliance with company policies and site regulations.


Requirements


Gender: FEMALE
OND/HND/BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Must be proactive, disciplined, and results-driven.
