KeMU/ASA/IR/2/9/2025 – 1 Position

Minimum Requirements:


Must have an earned Ph.D. degree in International Relations or its equivalent from a recognized academic institution.


OR


Hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from a recognized academic institution.
Have at least three (3) years of teaching or research experience at university level after obtaining a Master’s degree.
Have at least two (2) publications in refereed journals or one (1) university-level book or two (2) book chapters in relevant areas.
Have experience in supervising research and industrial attachment for undergraduate students.
Strong proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital instructional tools.
Membership in professional bodies is desirable.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills.
Should have evidence of contribution to university life through active participation in departmental and faculty activities, good quality teaching, attendance of meetings, student academic advising, and committee membership.
