Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform and improve our brand and marketing efforts.
Lead the creation of various marketing materials, including but not limited to product brochures, company newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as media outlets and social media influencers, to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and digital marketing techniques to bring the new opportunities and insights to the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand and marketing strategy role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and research to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of branding and brand identity development.
