Responsibilities

Set-up, Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of 3-D modelling environments for Fixed Offshore Structures, Petrochemical Plants and Refineries.
Use PML programming language for PDMS.
Setup AVEVA Draft/E3D Drawing.
Creation, Management and Updating of Projects, Specifications and Catalogues for 3-D modelling
Development of PDMS standards and implementation procedures for the project. 
Generating 3D models and design of piping systems & supports
Producing detailed 2D drawing layouts from 3D models.
Extract 2D and Isometric views from 3D models.
Generate fabrication/shop drawing
Generate Material Take-Off and Bill of Material and perform clash checks.
Perform clash checks.
Provide CAD design support and mentorship to other designers wherever required.
PDMS Application Utilization and Development.
Creating and responding to technical queries.
Draft & check detailed design drawings of piping systems & support by industry standards, codes and client specifications

Key Job Requirement: 

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of active work as a PDMS administrator
Proficient use of PDMS/E3D, AutoCAD
