Requirements:
- Degree in Corporate and /or International Law 
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience (commercial contracts)
- Experience with English-language contracts governed by UK, EU law
- Experience in contract drafting and supporting commercial activities of the company
- Knowledge of energy sector (including renewable energy) will be a plus
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must
- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
- Ability to work independently and solve problems

Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, consulting the employees on legal issues, as well as communicating with state entities
- Drafting and concluding international commercial contracts, drafting agreements
- Supporting project managers with drafting contracts for subcontractors
- Cooperation with project managers, developers, analysts and marketers in identification and mitigation of potential legal risks
