Royal Van Zanten produces over 500 of its own commercial varieties in Uganda, with nearly 1000 employees in over 21 hectares of greenhouses. For our operations there, we are looking for a:

Ensuring a clear structure in business operations and making adjustments where necessary
Managing, motivating and coaching the Management Team and several department heads.
Develop and successfully implement improvement processes regarding planning, production and logistics.
Ensuring optimal execution and delivery of the extensive and complex breeding programs.
Maintain and further develop relationships with external stakeholders such as local authorities, unions, etc. Taking care of the communication process between Uganda and NL
Supervising the budget results of the production locations in Uganda and in line with this setting up and monitoring KPIs.
You will report directly to the Manager International Operations in the Netherlands.
