Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking to hire Condition Monitoring Engineer
Responsibilities and Duties
• Ensure machine fluid condition monitoring systems are functional and appropriately used • Ensure CAT wear management tools and systems are functional and appropriately used to support machine reliability • Continuously monitor and report on Haul road and in pit floor conditions using appropriate business tools • Provide leadership for conducing field, Pre PM and quality control machine inspections • Proactively reporting on machine health problems and advising the maintenance team on repair before failure • Capture post maintenance inspection findings and liaise with backlog team to maintain record of machine defects • Provide leadership in the use of on-board and off-board vital information management system (VIMS) and Electronic Technician (ET) as well as other health reporting tools • Assist engineers in troubleshooting using condition monitoring tools
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of HND Engineering (Mech/Electrical/Agric) or MVT III • Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in Mining, Engineering or Construction
Skills/Abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent technical skill and good time management skills • Good IT skills • Demonstrate good understanding in the use of Service Information System (SIS), Service (CTS) and Vision link • Should have a driving license B or Higher
