Job Summary

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s HR functions, employee relations, Payroll management, and labor law compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities


Support General HR operations and staff documentation.
Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement activities.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave 
policies.
Maintain employee records for the organization, including employee database, remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance, and other details, etc.
Promote the company’s vision, mission, and values through actions, training, communications, and leading by example.
Support the recruitment process for various vacant positions
Compute and administer terminal benefits.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in a reputable organization.
Previous experience in the Construction industry is an added advantage.
Possession of HR certification is a plus.


Salary


NGN250,000 – NGN300,000 Gross plus other benefits
