What You’ll Do:


Support daily operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting executives and teams.
Organize company records, handle reports, and maintain key operational documents.
Manage communications with vendors and service providers, assisting in procurement and contract administration.


Requirements:


Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), Notion, and Slack.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
