Responsibilities:

● Handling incoming calls/other communications and meet and greet with clients/visitors as needed.
● Managing filing system, recording information for easy retrieval.
● Helping organize /maintain office common areas and, performing general office clerk duties and errands.
● Maintaining supply inventory and, maintaining office equipment as needed.
● Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
● Experience as a virtual assistant .


Requirements:


● SSCE school leaver, OND/HND or B.Sc will suffice.
● Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
● Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
● Warm personality with strong communication skills.
● Ability to work well under limited supervision.
