The Position:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Community Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential to our mission of expanding access to healthcare through our NudgeHub™. As a Community Representative, you will be responsible for driving foot traffic and enrollment at our NudgeHub™ locations, promoting our comprehensive healthcare services in underserved populations. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference and not afraid to engage directly with communities to build relationships and drive impact.


Daily Duties Include:


Develop and execute community outreach strategies to drive enrollment and engagement at NudgeHub™ locations.
Promote mDoc’s CompleteHealth™ platform to community members, highlighting its whole-person support approach and the integration of AI with human coaching.
Engage with local organizations, community leaders, and potential partners to create awareness and referrals to NudgeHub™ services.
Organize and participate in community events to increase visibility and understanding of mDoc’s offerings.
Provide education and information to potential members on the benefits of the NudgeHub™ and mDoc’s holistic approach to healthcare.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets by converting leads into active users of NudgeHub™ services.
Provide feedback to the team on community needs, challenges, and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Stay updated on mDoc’s services, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions.


Minimum Qualifications:


OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, community outreach, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence community stakeholders.
Experience using microsoft office tools
Comfortable working in diverse community settings and engaging with underserved populations.
