Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify needed repairs
Repair or replace damaged furniture, fixtures, and appliances in guest rooms and public areas
Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems throughout the hotel
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, including after-hours emergencies
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of hotel grounds and exterior features such as swimming pools and parking lots
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and supplies used, and prepare reports as needed
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including use of protective equipment and proper disposal of hazardous materials
Participate in regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry standards and equipment advancements.


Job Requirements:


Must have electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems experience 
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength
High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
