Job Summary:
We're looking for a creative and results-driven digital Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, grow our online community, and convert followers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social & digital media strategies
Manage and maintain social & digital media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos)
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, sales)
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns
Foster online community engagement and customer service

Requirements:

2+ years of social & digital media management experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with social & digital media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
 Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM systems
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software
