Job Description


Start the day with a review of overdue loan accounts and setting priorities. 
You will be tasked with Making a series of outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and updating records. 
Following up with customers who have made promises to pay. 
You will also be tasked with making calls and pushing messages to potential customers to introduce and promote new loan products for the company.
Documenting all interactions and updating customer records. 
Meet with the team lead to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies. 
Ending the day by analyzing your performance and preparing for the next day. 


This job is an Onsite job and you must reside around it's environs.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Our remote work is only on Saturdays.
