Key Responsibilities:


Provide strong, visible leadership to all hotel departments
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
Drive high standards of guest service and operational excellence
Implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and brand reputation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence


Qualifications & Experience:


Minimum of 10 years' senior management experience with a five-star hotels or luxury hospitality environments
Proven track record in managing large teams and hotel operations
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria (if not already based there)
