Dashen Practice is seeking a skilled Legal Practitioner with 3 to 4 years of post-call experience. The ideal candidate must have extensive litigation experience, including handling cases at the appellate court level. This role requires strong legal research, advocacy, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in litigation matters across trial and appellate courts.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions.
Attend court hearings, prepare witnesses, and provide litigation strategies.
Manage multiple legal cases from initiation through the appellate stages.
Advise clients on legal issues, risks, and strategies related to litigation.
Work closely with senior lawyers to develop and execute legal strategies.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Liaise with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.
Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions when necessary.
Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal precedents.

Qualifications:

LL.B degree from a recognized institution.
3 to 4 years of post-call experience in a law firm or legal practice.
Strong litigation experience, including familiarity with appellate court procedures.
Proven ability to handle multiple legal matters efficiently.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and ethics.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling high-profile or complex cases.
