About the Role

As our Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer & Team Lead, you'll spearhead the development of innovative solutions while mentoring and guiding our engineering team to new heights. Key Responsibilities


Lead the architecture and implementation of sophisticated web and mobile applications
Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for the engineering department
Architect and implement scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions
Design and develop robust RESTful APIs
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle
Mentor and manage a team of junior developers, fostering their growth and technical capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives


Required Qualifications


5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
Strong proficiency in Python/PHP, particularly in building scalable applications
2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
Expert-level knowledge in RESTful API design and implementation
Strong foundation in system design and architecture principles
Experience with version control, cloud platforms and DevOps practices


Preferred Skills


Web and Mobile application development experience
Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
Strong communication and team-building abilities
Track record of successful project delivery
