Job Vacancy: Support Worker

We are looking for a Support Worker ( Both male and female ) to become part of our team at our mental health facility.

Responsibilities:


Offer support to individuals with mental health needs.
Assist with daily activities and personal care.
Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Monitor and document patient progress and any concerns.
Adhere to facility protocols and help maintain overall health and wellbeing.


Requirements:


Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
0-1 year of experience in a mental health setting (preferred).
Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse mental health needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Capability to work independently.
