QUALIFICATIONS


Must have an experience as a Sous Chef in a busy hotel
Must have been a head chef for a minimum of 2yrs.
Have strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety
regulations and cost controls
Willingness to relocate to Eldoret.
Knowledge of menu engineering.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
