The Wireless Engineer is responsible for maintaining uptime and quality of the network (both media and equipment) segment assigned to him/her by undertaking periodic preventive maintenance activities. He should ensure effective fault management in case of fault occurrence and periodic upgrades and capacity augmentation of wireless network as per Wireless plan with no or minimal disruption.

Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of network project delivery/solution implementation in coordination with customers and/or cross-functional team members internally.
Responsible for network project delivery like configuration of new site integration, site expansion configuration and site solution design.
Reviewing customer wireless network KPI on CE utilization and advice or suggest on the target boards to be added.
Provide remote technical support and on-site troubleshooting to customers, standby major or critical problems that can’t be solved remotely.
Implementation of rectifications, BSC/RNC software installation, and upgrades of wireless devices and network management systems.
Be responsible for wireless maintenance, E2E insure Network stability, CA and Incident handling.
Handle all licensing processes for both BSC/RNC and BTS.
Responsible for the products, solutions and Post sales technical support in the RAN field including BTS/BSC/TRAU/NodeB/RNC/eNodeB/OSS etc.
Project implementation: responsible for 3G/4G/5G/VoLTE RAN network equipment design, commissioning, integration, quotation, and technical support during network/feature deployment or swap.
Manage the network wireless risk, network information, technical issue E2E process and support for internal, FM and customer for CDMA GSM UMTS LTE OSS Power.
Provide technical training and consulting to internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
