CRH in Ukraine  is seeking a Business Development Analyst, who will work with the Strategy and Development Director and members of the management teams across Ukraine on various strategy development initiatives and potential acquisition projects in order to help the business to execute its growth ambitions and to create value.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the process of defining the strategy and development plans for the CRH business in Ukraine

   * Presentations, infographics, data analysis, market search (ppt, word, excel)
- Support research on market, industry trends and innovation/ whitespace   

* Market analysis, presentations, stakeholder management (ppt, excel, emails)
- Take part in different strategic projects including acquisition (M&A) processes consisting of business assessment, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation and integration   

* DD draft memo, valuation model, stakeholder and project management assistance (ppt, excel, emails)
Key functional competencies:  
- Strong economic or finance background;
- Big4, invest banking or other international consulting experience will be a strong asset;
- Good skills in building relationships;
- Creative and analytical thinking;
- Fluent in English;
- Fast learning, flexibility, and problem solving attitude
