As a member of our expanding local commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects that benefit our customers and foster the growth of the aquaculture market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist De Heus in gaining a deeper understanding of the market and its customers. This will involve gathering information and contributing to the development of existing projects.

Help establish a mentorship programme in which our customers can supported on their farming
Design audit protocols for sales representatives to utilize during field visits.
Initiate collaborations with other off-takers and input suppliers to benefit our customers.
Assist the marketing team in creating a campaign promoting healthy fish consumption in Uganda.
Develop projects to enhance the accessibility of fish farming inputs.
Participate in initiatives aimed at increasing fish prices in Uganda.
Engage in additional projects that arise to further develop the market.
