We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer with 3–4 years of proven experience in the construction sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction safety standards, a keen eye for identifying hazards, and the ability to enforce safety protocols on site. This role is critical to maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
Organize safety training and toolbox talks for workers.
Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, or safety violations.
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
Maintain safety documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with site managers and engineers to integrate safe systems of work.


Requirements:


3–4 years of safety experience in a construction environment.
Certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, HSE Level III, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of local and international safety standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
