Achieve 100% SLA compliance to Equipment functionality and repair, provide temporary solution to avoid total shutdown).
Reduce response time to 60 mins (first response) on 24/7 X 365 basis - Monitor Monthly.
Achieve 98% uptime across all facilities - Monitor Monthly

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
