Responsibilities

Develops and coordinates training schedules and ensures availability of qualified trainers.
Assures quality of training and follow up.
Provides on-the-job mentoring and supportive supervision of trainers and supervisors.
Oversees training supervisors in the onsite mentoring follow up of HCWs.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
