Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos.


Manage daily studio operations, ensuring seamless workflows.
Develop strategies to attract and retain clients, boosting bookings.
Drive revenue growth through sales, partnerships, and promotions.
Oversee daily operations of the media studio, manage vendors, ensure equipment maintenance, coordinate staff activities, and manage studio schedules.
The role involves supervising the production process, ensuring high-quality outputs, and addressing any operational issues promptly.
Additionally, the supervisor will collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field
Experience in media production or a related industry is a plus
3+ years in studio operations, business development, or sales in media production or a related industry is a plus
Tech-savvy with knowledge of content creation tools/social media.
Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Supervisory Skills and excellent Communication abilities
Experience in Operations and Operations Management
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
