Role overview:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions within the organization, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of HR experience in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
 

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
Manage employee onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry is compulsory.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
