JOB DESCRIPTION
• Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies • Create and update expense reports • Process reimbursement forms • Prepare bank deposits • Enter financial transactions into internal databases • Check spreadsheets for accuracy • Maintain digital and physical financial records • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Skills and Qualifications
• Some experience as an Accounts Assistant or relevant role. • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers. • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software. • Proficiency in English and in MS Office. • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • HND or degree
