Bidders are expected to collect the following

Request for Quotation (RFQ)
Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.


Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of  IEC AND ASSISTIVE DEVICES  to LETSAI Office.
Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document

Certificate of incorporation
Tax certificate
Bank detail form
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
Impartiality forms


Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents
