The successful candidate will be responsible for achievement of farm production targets. The manager will ensure that the required farming and agronomical activities are done satisfactority to achieve the agreed production tonnage per acre of french beans & peas, at acceptable quality levels and cost of production. The manager will supervise & coordinate farm staff and agronomists.

The manager will also oversee packhouse staff operations.

This job entails consoderable field work.
